This opens all sorts of new and interesting functionality. You can schedule your doors to lock at a set time each evening. You can program the house to respond in certain ways when the door is unlocked. For example, when the door is in locked, when it is night time, path way light can be automatically turned on, the security system disarmed, and your favorite playlist begins to play in the kitchen. Each person can have their own set of programming, based on their own unique code for the doorlock. You can unlock the door from any internet connection, so you can give access to a service person who may need to enter Locks.
